This wine uses the whole grapes (carbonic maceration) with 40% Tempranillo and 60% Garnacha Tintorera, Graciano, and Mazuela. The vines, over 35 years old. Half of the wine is aged in an old wine Jar (dating back to 1850) with a 1700-liter capacity, while the other half matures in a 500-liter French oak foudre.
