A blend of Sangiovese, Merlot, Aleatico (minimal skin contact), and Procanico (light maceration). After destemming and a 2-hour maceration, it ferments with native yeasts and ages 8 months in concrete tanks. A fragrant rosé with notes of spiced gooseberries, smoked watermelon, pink grapefruit, and wild tarragon.
