All grapes are carefully selected at the vineyard and transported in 12kg boxes. At the winery, the grapes are pressed directly in a vertical press, and the juice undergoes fermentation with clusters from white grapes for 10 days. The wine is then fermented and aged in a 500-liter barrel for 23 months before being bottled by gravity.
